I met Career Development Coach Lupe Wood two years ago in Boston at a Healthcare and Leadership Coaching Conference. We hit it off immediately and after some dialogue decided to work together as peer coaches for one another. Since that time, Lupe and I have met for individual career coaching sessions every other week. She has helped me fine-tune and develop coaching my business with style and finesse. She has been pivotal in my business success.

The initial consultation she asked questions to understand your goals in order to prepare a plan and focus on direction to take in career. Lupe is very energetic, calm and patient.
