I am a certified coach and I have a true passion for helping anyone in the midst of career, executive/leadership, and business challenges and choices, because I’ve been there too.

My career background includes 30 years of corporate technology with 24 of those years spent in leadership, and 12 of those years in senior leadership for a Fortune 100 corporation. I understand how to navigate through a career successfully, and with goal setting and follow through, create the kind of career you want.

As a leader, I learned how to continually develop and grow. Leadership development is critical for the new leader, but also for existing leaders to enhance their skills. As an executive, I was aware of the need for a business focus, strategy, growth, and execution model. The role of the executive is a unique one requiring continuous transformation for the business and self.

My business acumen was formed through my corporate career, but also as a managing partner for operations and strategy at a startup company. This gave me the opportunity to learn from the ground up how to strategically approach and operate a small business.

Now, as an entrepreneur, I continue to leverage all of my experience in business to be an effective coach and consultant for my clients. I was trained as a coach and received my Master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Effectiveness. I am certified in Career Transitions, and also as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
